How to view your bills and usage history

The user panel has been recently redesigned and the Billing tab has been replaced with the Activities and Current usage tabs:

  • Log into your account at https://app.socialbicycles.com
  • Click on  at the top navigation bar.
  • The Current Usage tab - contains the list of all your activities from your current billing period. After the billing period is over, all transactions are collected and a new bill is being created.

To view all your bills: 

  • Navigate to the Activities tab located on the left menu
  • Here you will find a list of chronological events in the system related to all your payments and memberships. Every bill consists a list of trips you've taken in the period related to it.
  • You can select filters to sort the information by date range and type of activity from drop-down menus.
